Dr. Ross Tilley was a pioneering plastic surgeon and burn specialist who made significant contributions to the field of medicine. Born in Toronto, Canada in 1922, Dr. Tilley received his medical degree from the University of Toronto in 1946. He went on to specialize in plastic surgery, completing his training at the University of Chicago and the Mayo Clinic.
