"Little Brother" is a young adult science fiction novel written by Cory Doctorow. It tells the story of a group of high school students who are caught up in a government conspiracy after a terrorist attack on San Francisco. The main character, Marcus Yallow, is a teenage hacker who becomes a leader in the resistance against the government's oppressive measures.
In the first chapter, Marcus is on his way home from school when a terrorist attack on the San Francisco Bay Bridge occurs.
