As I reflect on who I am at my best, I am reminded of the values and characteristics that are most important to me. At my best, I am kind, compassionate, and understanding. I strive to treat others with respect and empathy, and I work to create a positive and inclusive environment wherever I go.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to listen actively and attentively. Reflected Best Self
I am empathetic and sympathetic. I run the business on objective strategies and if ever I reach out to my people, the opportunity comes very rarely. I was proud of myself, I taught myself a new programming language within a week; something that usually takes 4 months to do. The javelin thrower has the ability to toss his javelin powerfully and launch it from his grasp at exactly the correct time; the marathon runner has sensational endurance; and the sprinter has powerful leg muscles so that she can take off out of the starting blocks. While at first glance, these traits may appear to be everyday characteristics of people, but I feel they are the solid foundation which my other strengths, like leadership, organization, creativity, and balance and are built on. I always update myself with the news. This makes me fit to the uniform… My outstanding written and oral communication ability is a boost in respect of my career prospect in the organization of my interest.

Have I ever made anything helpful to you, your acquaintances, or the organization? As time went on, I learned that you had the best interest in the agency and your goal was to have the agency to be stable, thriving, and increase the capacity financially while providing highly skilled services to Baltimore County low-income families. The Reflected Best Self is a tool, which can be used to identify my strengths, my limitations, my powers, and my opportunities. The moment when someone praises the work you have done, shows how your hard work payed off. . . You were making a difference within the Harford County community that sparked interested in the Associated Black Charities. Even if negative people are pushing me away, and not letting me help them out.

Strengths Although I can claim at this stage that I possess all the leadership qualities, it is clear that I have not perfected in all areas. . For the most part, I see myself as very good on a number of the skills such as balancing my personal and work life, embracing uniqueness, supporting the goals of a team, and making ethical business decisions. However, I also have many blockers, or things that prevent me from being my best self. There is real pleasure when we do our work ourselves.
