. You can create an image from a physical machine or from a running virtual machine. My Hyper-V system is running Hyper-V Standalone Server 2019. What else is weird is that on all the fails and the two successes, files do seem to be downloading during the install process, such as with the git-clone command. Sorry for being a pain again!
