It's basically a telling montage with one irritating run on sentence after another, and it's not even interesting or insightful.

Having read a few short stories as required reads, and enjoying them very much, I felt the urge to read something I chose myself. Harry engages the pilot, Compton, in some playful banter and boards the plane. I will say it now and I will say it again: an individual's anger does not justify their mistreatment of another person. It's just a dying man whining about all the time he lost in his life, constantly insulting her wife and raving confusing memories. Well he would never know, now. You feel his words rather than comprehend them, you leave his pages wiser but with an inability to articulate why.
